中文摘要:为改善涤纶织物的亲水性能,采用脂肪酶对其进行改性,研究脂肪酶处理工艺参数对涤纶织物亲水性能的影响。利用涤纶织物的毛细效应表征其亲水性能。扫描电镜观察结果表明,脂肪酶对涤纶纤维表面分子进行了降解,涤纶表面变得比较粗糙。水接触角从未处理时的121.5°降到处理后的59°,涤纶织物的亲水性得到显著改善。随着处理液浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,涤纶织物的芯吸高度增加。涤纶织物的芯吸高度随着处理液pH值和处理温度的增加先升高后降低。较佳的处理液pH值和处理温度分别为7和40℃。结果表明,脂肪酶对涤纶织物亲水性的改善是有效的。

外文摘要:In order to improve the wettability of PET fabric,the PET fabric was treated with lipase.The effect of process parameters of lipase on the wettability of PET fabrics was studied.And the wettability of PET fabrics was characterized by capillary effect.SEM test indicated that the degradation of macromolecules in PET fiber surface has occurred after lipase treatment,and the surface of PET fibers became rougher.Water contact angle from 121.5°of the control decreased to 59°of treated samples,which indicated the wettability of PET fabrics was significant improved.With the increase of the concentration of lipase and treatment time,the capillary height of PET fabrics increased.And the capillary height increased firstly,and then decreased with the increase of pH value and treatment temperature.The optimized pH value and treatment temperature were 7 and 40 ℃,respectively.The results showed that it was feasible for lipase to improve the wettability of PET fabrics.
