中文摘要:采用珊瑚骨料制备混凝土是海洋工程建设的重要内容。为掌握珊瑚骨料制备透水混凝土的关键技术,通过测试28 d抗压强度、弯拉强度、连续孔隙率和透水系数,研究了不同预湿状态珊瑚骨料等体积取代部分碎石和矿物掺合料对透水混凝土强度和透水性的影响。结果表明:透水混凝土强度随着预湿珊瑚骨料掺量的增加而降低,其透水性不断增加;掺加10%未预湿珊瑚骨料增加了透水混凝土强度,降低了透水性,继续增加其掺量,降低了透水混凝土强度,增加了透水性;双掺粉煤灰和硅灰增加了珊瑚骨料透水混凝土强度,降低了透水性。珊瑚骨料透水混凝土的强度与透水系数和连续孔隙率存在着线性关系。

外文摘要:The preparation of concrete with coral aggregate is an important content of marine engineering construction.In order to master the key technology of preparing pervious concrete with coral aggregates,the effect of coral aggregates with different pre-wet states which were used to replace part gravels by the equal volume and mineral admixtures on the strengths and permeability of pervious concrete was investigated by testing the compressive strengths,flexural strengths,continuous porosities and permeation coefficients at 28 days.The results indicates that with the increase of pre-wet coral aggregate contents,the strengths of pervious concrete are reduced gradually,and however,the permeability is increased continuously.The utilization of 10%not pre-wet coral aggregates increases the strengths of pervious concrete and reduces the permeability,and with the further increase of not pre-wet coral aggregate contents,the strengths are reduced and the permeability is increased.The combined addition of fly ash and silica fume increases the strengths of pervious concrete with coral aggregates and reduces the permeability.There is a linear relationship between the strengths and continuous porosities or permeation coefficients of pervious concrete with coral aggregates.
