中文摘要：立足于校企合作培养的现实境遇,本文着重探讨了校企合作培养工程应用型人才应包括的基本内容、存在的主要问题和解决办法。提出了"2+1"学期制,以期成为校企合作培养的一种新模式;提出了"立地顶天"的科研导向,支持、鼓励教师提高自己的实践能力。

外文摘要：This paper, based on the current situations of university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultiva- tion, mainly probes into the content that should be included in the cooperative cultivation of applica- tion-oriented engineering talents, principal problems existing in it and solutions to these problems. It also puts forward the ＂2＋1＂ term in hope of making it a new mode of talent cultivation and advocates a change in the orientation of scientific research to support and encourage the teaching staff to improve their practical capability.
