中文摘要:目的研究老年人、年轻人在完成最大伸膝动作时的肌力与肌电特征。方法研究选择48位受试者,老年人32位,年轻人16位,共分为6组,包括年轻男女组、常锻炼老年男女组、不常锻炼老年男女组,受试者以角速度60°/s与180°/s在等速肌力测试系统进行5次最大伸膝测试,同时进行肌电测试,测量股四头肌的相对100%MVC、100%MVC时的相对RMS值等指标。结果不常锻炼老年人相对肌力要显著低于其他组,常锻炼女性老年人的相对100%MVC数值明显高于其他老年人,快速收缩状态下女性老年人大腿优势侧相对肌力更差;在伸膝动作中,各组受试者股外肌、股直肌、股内肌100%MVC时的相对RMS值常锻炼老年人与年轻人更接近。结论运动对老年人相对肌力、肌电信号改善效果非常显著,特别是对女性老年人效果更好。因受试者个人的运动习惯、运动项目不同,各块肌肉发挥的作用也不同。

外文摘要:Objective In older to research the muscle force in completing the maximum knee stretching action and muscle e- lectric features in the elderly and the young. Methods 48 people were selected in the research including 32 elderly people and 16 young people, They were divided into 6 groups, including Young male and female groups, elderly male and female groups who often exercise , and elderly male and female groups who seldom exercise. The subjects took 60 °/s and 180 °/s maximum knee stretching test for 5 times in muscle force test system, and they took muscle electric test at the same time, measuring relative 100% MVC of quadrieeps, and corresponding relative RMS value and index. Results Muscle force of the elderly who seldom exercise is much lower than subjects in other groups, relative 100% MVC of elderly women who often ex- ercise is much higher than the other elderly and the muscle force of the thigh dominant side of elderly women is much poorer in fast speed contraction state ; In knee stretching motion, for elderly subjects in each group the relative RMS value of the va- stus lateralis muscle, medial vastus muscle, and rectus femoris muscle in 100% MVC is much closer to the young. Conclusion The effect of exercise on the relative muscle strength and myoelectric signals of the elderly is very signif- icant, especially for elderly women better. For subjects an individual's exercise habits, sports items, the muscles play a dif- ferent role.
