外文摘要：The meaning and Similarity Measure of Interval-Valued Intuitionistie Fuzzy Sets were described, the Similarity Measure of Interval-Valued Intuitionistie Fuzzy Sets was applied in the scheme evaluation of mechanical design. The Similarity Measure of Interval-Valued Intuitionistie Fuzzy Sets is the similarity measure between design scheme and the expected scheme, it can be used to evaluate the mechanical design schemes. The bigger the similarity measuring value is, the better the close degree between the design scheme and the expected scheme is. An example explains that the application of the similarity measure in the scheme evaluation of mechanical design is feasible. It provides new approach for resolving decision-making problems of schemes.
