中文摘要：随着中国的入世 ,中美之间的贸易摩擦不仅没有减少 ,反而有上升之势。本文阐述了中美贸易摩擦的现状 ,分析了导致中美贸易摩擦的主要原因 ,在此基础上 ,文章指出 :在遵守WTO基本原则的前提下 ,改善中美双边贸易不平衡的现状、延长我国加工贸易国内价值链。

外文摘要：Trade conflicts between China and U.S.A. do not decrease after China's entry into WTO. On the contrary, they increases. The paper expounds the present conditionsof trade conflicts between China and U.S.A.,and analyzes their main reasons. On the basis of that, the paper points out that there are three effective ways to reduce trade conflicts between China and U.S.A. on the condition of abiding by WTO fundamental principles: improving the disequilibrium of bilateral trade between China and U.S.A.,extending internal value chain of Chinese improvement trade, and establishing alarm mechanism as quickly as possible.
