中文摘要：基础类实验教学中心是现代高校组织机构的重要组成部分之一,是学生综合素质和创新创业能力培养的载体,首先对实验教学中心的教学目标进行表述,然后通过基础实验课程系统化设置、实验教学中心队伍建设、实验教学中心网络化管理组建、实验教学中心开放式管理、实验教学维持经费的投入5个重要方面,分析基础类实验教学中心建设过程和管理方面的主要问题,最后提出相应解决办法。

外文摘要：The basic experimental teaching center is one of the important parts of organization in modern colleges and universities,and is the carrier of the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and their innovative and entrepreneurial ability.First of all,the teaching objective of the experimental center is expressed,and then from the five important aspects such as the systematic setting of basic experimental courses,team construction of the center,establishment of the network management for the center,open management for the center and maintenance funds for experimental teaching,the main problems in the construction process and management of the center are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward at last.
