外文摘要：Mood and desire, two important categories in the research of psychological thoughts in ancient China, are relatively close but separate. As Zhuangzi pointed out, mood and desire have negative influences on human physical and moral integrity. He proposed many psychological thoughts about the essence and the adjustment of mood and desire. This article is a summary of Zhuangzi＇a views of the essence and the adjustment of mood and desire. His thoughts are still of important value to people today.
