中文摘要：为更好地开发装饰用布市场需求较大的全消光涤纶FDY,对其生产工艺进行全面探讨,并就其关键工艺参数如消光剂二氧化钛母粒的选择及配制、FDY喷丝孔异形板设计、切片干燥工艺、纺丝温度、冷却工艺等进行讨论,确定最佳的全消光涤纶FDY生产工艺。对新研发的全消光涤纶FDY产品的各项物理指标进行测试,结果表明该产品的各项指标均满足市场要求。

外文摘要：To better meet the demand of full dull Terylene filament on decorative fabric market, the present work is devoted to an all-round discussion of its production technique with focuses on the process parameters such as selection and preparation of dulling agent titanium dioxide, design of profiled spinneret orifice for FDY, drying of slice, spinning temperature, cooling, etc. and the optimal production technique of full dull Terylene FDY is determined. The physical performances of the newly developed full dull Terylene FDY are test. The results show that all property indexes satisfy the requirements on the market.
