中文摘要:为改善聚乳酸(PLA)的亲水性能,找出合理的脂肪酶处理工艺,通过改变处理参数对PLA非织造布进行改性。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观测PLA纤维表面形态的变化,选用面料的水接触角和吸湿高度表征PLA面料的亲水性。SEM测试结果表明,经脂肪酶处理后,PLA纤维表面被水解,导致表面变得比较粗糙。同时,水接触角从未处理时的125.5°减小到处理后的57.5°。面料的吸湿高度随着脂肪酶质量浓度、处理时间、处理温度、pH的增加有不同程度的增加。试验结果得出较佳的处理参数为:脂肪酶质量浓度2g/L、处理时间8 h、处理温度45℃,pH为9。

外文摘要:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of PLA, the PLA nonvowens is modified with lipase under different treatmentconditions. The surface morphology of the PLA fiber is observed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), and the wettability of PLAnonwovens is characterized by water contact angle and moisture absorption height. The SEM test indicates that the lipase hydrolization to PLAresults in roughed fiber surface after lipase treatment. Meanwhile, the water contact angle decreased from 125.5° to 57.5°, and with theincreasing of lipase concentration, treating time and temperature and pH value in lipase treatment, the moisture absorption height of PLAnonwovens increases to different extents. The optimized lipase treatment conditions are determined: lipase concentration 2g/ L, treating at45℃ for 8 hours with pH value of 9.
