中文摘要:采用水培实验,研究铝胁迫对大麦幼苗的毒害作用及D(右旋)-酒石酸和L(左旋)-酒石酸对大麦铝毒害的缓解效果差异.结果表明:铝胁迫显著抑制大麦幼苗生长,降低光合速率,提高丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,且随铝处理浓度增加,各测定指标值与对照(无胁迫处理)间的差异增大;在不同浓度铝胁迫下,加入1.0mmol?L-1L-酒石酸后,植株生长改善,光合速率等指标显著提高,功能叶MDA含量、SOD和POD活性均显著低于相应单独铝处理水平;而加入1.0mmol?L-1D-酒石酸后,植株各测定指标与相应单一铝处理间差异不大.表明该浓度D-酒石酸对大麦铝毒害无缓解作用或缓解作用较小,而L-酒石酸对铝胁迫大麦具有显著的缓解效果.
外文摘要:The nutrient solution experiment was undertaken to assess the aluminum toxicity and the difference of different configuration tartaric acids in alleviating Al toxicity in barley seedlings. Al stress treatments adversely inhibited plant growth and photosynthesis, increased MDA content and activities of SOD and POD in barley seedling leaves. The differences between AI stress and the control increased with increasing Al level in solution. Plant growth and photosynthesis were obviously improved, and MDA content and activities of SOD and POD were reduced when adding 1.0 mmol·L^-1 L-tartaric acid into the solution with Al treatment. There was no significant change in all examined indexes with 1.0 mmol·L^-1 D-tartaric acid addition, compared with the single Al treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that alleviation of AI toxicity in barley seedlings by tartaric acid is dependent on its chemical structure.
