中文摘要：家族企业被认为是最具普遍意义的企业类型。论述了家族企业可持续经营的脆弱性,使家族企业一直被看作是一种落后的企业制度,从而使理论界忽视了对家族企业成长模式的研究。因此,系统而深入地研究家族企业成长路径及其制约因素,找出不同环境下的企业变迁模式和方法,实现中国家族企业可持续发展,避免从上演到谢幕"各领风骚三五年"的悲剧,这对中国经济来讲,具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。

外文摘要：The family enterprise is considered as the most popular enterprise style. The family enterprise is treated as a backward enterprise system for the fragility of sustainable management, which makes the theoretical circle ignore the mode of the family enterprise. The family enterprise is of great theoretical and practical significance for Chinese economy to study the development route and restricted factors of the family enterprise, to find out development models and methods in different environment, to realize the sustainable development of family enterprises and to avoid the tragedy of temporary prosperity.
