中文摘要：目的探讨超声检查胸膜滑动征评价胸腔镜下自发复发性气胸胸膜摩擦固定效果。方法收集胸外科青少年自发复发性气胸经胸腔镜下胸膜摩擦固定手术患者52例，术前及术后7d、15d、1个月、3个月检查胸膜滑动征，观察胸膜滑动征阴性分布，评价胸膜摩擦固定效果。结果术前无胸腔广泛粘连病例，胸腔置管旁腋前线第3肋间及腋中线第7、8肋间有少部分胸膜滑动征阴性病例；术后胸膜滑动征阴性分布，术后7d、15d、1个月均表现腋中线及肩胛线较腋前线多，其中术后7d腋中线及肩胛线较腋前线差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后3个月腋前线、腋中线及肩胛线阴性分布无区别：胸腔广泛粘连比较．术后7d粘连比例为17．3％（9／52），较术前有明显差异（P〈0．01），术后1个月较术后15d比例有所增加，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而二者均较术后7d差异明显（P〈0．05），术后3个月胸腔广泛粘连比例为86．5％（45／52），较术后7d、15d、1个月有明显增加（P〈0．05）。结论超声胸膜滑动征检查简单、便捷，术后腋中线及肩胛线胸膜粘连固定早于腋前线，3个月后胸膜粘连固定均匀，固定率达86．5％，固定效果良好。

外文摘要：Objective To evaluated the efficacy of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis by pleura sliding sign to spontaneous recurrent pneumothorax. Methods Clinical data of 52 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopic pleurodesis treatment to teenagers spontaneous recurrent pneumothorax were collected, pleura sliding sign was checked 7days preoperatively, and 7 days, 15 days, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively, pleura sliding sign negative cases were observed and efficacy of pleurodesis was evaluated. Results For cases who had no pleura sliding sign negative cases Preoperation, beside the drainage tube anterior axliary line 3rd intercostal and midaxillary line 7th, 8th intercostal had a little pleura sliding sign negative cases.Postoperation pleura sliding sign negative displayed, 7 days, 15 days, 1 month the negative cases midaxillary line and scapular line obviously more than anterior axliary line, among them 7 days had statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） , 3 months the anterior axliary line, midaxillary line and scapular line had no difference. Postoperation the pleurodesis displayed, 7 days pleural adhesions rates was 17.3% （ 9/52 ） and to preoperation had statistical difference （ P〈0.001 ） , 1 month to 15 days increased but no statistical difference, while 1 month and 15 days to 7 days had statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） , 3 months pleural adhesions rates was 86.5% （ 45/52 ） and to 7 days, 15 days, 1 month obviously （P〈0.05） increased. Conclusion The check of ultrasonography pleura sliding sign is simple and convenient, postoperation midaxillary line and scapular line to anterior axliary line produce earlier pleural adhesions, pleural adhesions is uniform up to 3 months , with pleurodesis rates of 86.5% and satisfactory effects.
