中文摘要:目的 研究大、中学生焦虑、抑郁、自尊水平的差异及三者的关系。方法 采用 Zung焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS) [1 ] ,Rosenberg编制的自尊量表[2 ] 对 1 3 1 6名大、中学生进行测查 ,利用统计软件 ,比较两组学生测值的差异 ,分析 3个量表测值之间的关系。结果 1大、中学生的焦虑、抑郁、自尊水平测值存在着极显著差异 ;2高自尊组与低自尊组学生的焦虑、抑郁测值存在着极显著差异 ;焦虑组与对照组学生的自尊、抑郁测值存在着极显著差异 ;抑郁组与对照组学生的焦虑、自尊测值存在着极显著差异 ;3焦虑与抑郁呈极显著正相关 ,自尊与焦虑、抑郁呈极显著负相关。结论 1大学生自尊水平显著高于中学生 ;中学生的焦虑、抑郁水平显著高于大学生。2学生的自尊水平越高 ,焦虑、抑郁水平越低 ;焦虑水平越高 ,抑郁症状越明显。 3焦虑、抑郁、自尊测值有显著的相关性 ,情绪的调节可提高自尊水平 ,自尊水平的提高 ,有利用于良好情绪的培养。
外文摘要:Objective To research the difference and relativity among anxiety,depression and self-respect of university students and middle school students.Methods Making use of Zung's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),the scale of Rosenberg to test undergraduates and middle school students,comparing the students who are different ages,major by statistical software,analyze the relation of the three charts.Results ①The outcome is market difference between undergraduates and middle school students among anxiety,depression and self-respective.②The result of high self-respective is greatly different from low self-respective between anxiety and depression ;there is distinctly differnce between the worrying group and its comparing group on self-respective and blahs.Also,the difference is founded between the students who are gloomy and their comparing group.③Anxiety and depression suggest a significant positive relation,self-respect,anxiety and depression suggest a significant negative relation.Conclusion ①The self-respective levels of university students are higher than middle school students;The level of anxiety and depression of middle school students is higher than college students.②If the self-respect of the students is higher,the anxiety and depression is lower;if the level of anxiety and self-respect is high,the symptom of depression is notable.③There is notable corresponding among anxiety,depression and self-respect .The adjustment of mood can improve self-respective level which is helpful for the cultivation of good emotion.
