外文摘要:Renewable energy is regenerated and has the character of enviroment protection,so it gradually becomes a new energy devel- opment orientation in the world.System with the development and utilization of renewable energy resources in QingHal province in the background uses the space analysis technique in the Geographic Information System which realizes the dynamic management system of the new energy resources stations and this system always changes itself with time and area. Using this system, users can make decision of constructing the other new energy resources stations.
