外文摘要:With larger porosity, good water permeability and the ability to meet certain compressive strength, non-fine concrete has been widely applied to the construction project. The molding process has a great influence on the compressive strength and the water absorption of non-fine concrete. Based on the non-fine concrete molding process, relevant experimental data have been analyzed by the following three molding parameters: the number of insert-compact time, vibration times and molding pressure. It shows that compressive strength monotonically increases with the increasing number of insert-compact time, but at 15 insert-compact time with a rate inflection point. Compressive strength shows an increase first and then decrease with vibration time and molding pressure increase, the maximum value corresponding to vibration time and molding pressure are 8s and 80 kN. Permeability coefficient decreases monotonically with the increasing parameter. Moreover, empirical formulas for vibration time-dependent compressive strength and permeability coefficient are proposed. Finally, the sensitivity of the compressive strength and permeability coefficients is revealed. ? 2014 ejge.
