中文摘要:[目的]研究不同性别、专业、不同自尊水平、城乡医学生应对方式的差异,自尊水平、应对方式与学习成绩的相关性。[方法]采用肖计划编制的《应付方式问卷》、Rosenberg编制的自尊量表对239名医学生进行测查,并进行差异性比较及相关性分析。[结果]男女医学生在解决问题、幻想、退避等应对方式上差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同专业医学生在解决问题、自责、幻想、退避等应对方式上差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);城乡医学生应对方式无统计学差异(P﹥0.05);不同自尊水平医学生在解决问题、求助等成熟应对方式上差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);医学生自尊水平与解决问题呈正相关(P﹤0.05),学习成绩与解决问题、求助、自责、幻想、退避等成熟、不成熟应对方式相关(P﹤0.01)。[结论]针对不同性别、专业、不同自尊水平医学生应对方式上的特点,引导培养学生运用成熟的应对方式,避免不成熟的应对方式是提高学习成绩的有效途径。
外文摘要:[Objective] To explore the difference of the medical students between different gender, professional and different levels of self-esteem, urban and rural, and the correlation between coping styles and self-esteem of the students and their academic achievements. [Methods] Data from this sample of 239 students were used to study with XIAO Ji-hua Coping Questionnaire and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Compared the difference and analyzed the correlation. [Results] Male and female medical students showed significant differences in coping style such as solving problems, fantasies, and retreat (P﹤ 0.05), and different professional also showed significant differences in coping style such as solving problems, self blame, fan-tasy, and retreat (P﹤0.01). But there was no significant difference between urban and rural students (P﹥0.05). In different levels of self-esteem, the medical students had a significant difference in the way to maturity such as solving problems, seeking help, and so on (P﹤0.05). In our study, a positive correlation was found between self-esteem and solving problems (P﹤ 0.05), and it was also found between the academic performance and the mature or immature way such as solving the problem, seeking help, self blame, fantasy, retreat, and so on. [Conclusion] To cope with the different characteristics of the coping styles of different gender, profession, different levels of self-esteem, urban and rural medical students, the effective way to improve academic performance is guiding the students to use mature coping styles and avoid immature styles.
