中文摘要：对本科学生进行导师制培养是适应知识经济社会要求的高等教育人才培养模式,充分发挥了教师教书育人的作用,促进了学生的个性化发展、动手能力、创造思维的培养.要保证导师制的有效性,必须将导师制纳入到学校的教学管理的制度建设中.为此,文章在导师定位、导师选择、考核办法制订、监控培养过程、实施有效激励等方面提出了有益的见解.

外文摘要：To tutor the undergraduates is to better facilitate their development as individuals, to foster their creative thinking and help them learn how - to - do, which forms the essential part of the entire project of instructing them on the subject matter and educating them on the social moral. We made proposals relating to tutor targeting and identification, method of evaluation, process monitoring and the like.
