中文摘要:肝纤维化可发展为肝硬化,进一步导致肝功能衰竭、肝细胞癌,最终死亡。因此对肝纤维化的早期诊断尤为重要。超声弹性成像技术作为一种新发展的无创性检查方法,为肝纤维化的早期诊断提供了新思路。本文就其在肝纤维化诊断中的应用做一综述。
外文摘要:Liver fibrosis can progress to cirrhosis, further lead to liver failure, liver cancer and death finally. Therefore, it is of great importance to diagnose liver fibrosis. As a kind of new noninvasive development for early diagnosis of liver fibrosis, ultrasonic elasticity imaging technology provides a new train of thought. The application of ultrasonic elasticity imaging technology in diagnosis of liver fibrosis was reviewed in this article.
