中文摘要:为了揭示三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)不同月龄形态性状及体重的生长规律和最佳生长季节各性状与月龄的关系,选择2~13月龄三角帆蚌各60余只,对壳长、壳高、壳宽、全高和体重共5个性状,进行主成分与判别分析。结果显示:各月龄形态性状中壳长、壳高、全高之间的相关性较强,壳宽与它们的相关性相对较弱,其中与体重相关性最强的形态性状是壳长。不同月龄三角帆蚌的主成分基本相同,第一主成分皆为体重因子,其贡献率都在70. 53%以上,第二主成分都为宽度因子,其平均贡献率为9. 18%。运用逐步判别分析,建立了各月龄三角帆蚌的判别函数,总的判别准确率为61. 16%,其中2月龄的判别准确率P1最高为100%,3月龄的判别准确率P2最高为100%。
外文摘要:In order to reveal the correlations between morphological characters of Hyriopsis cumingii in different ages,rules of growth and body weight,and the relationship between the age and relative growth traits during the best grown season,five traits including the shell length(X1),shell height(X2),shell width(X3),height(X4)and weight(Y)were analyzed in 2 to 13 months age(60 in each age group)of H.cumingii by principal component and discriminant analysis.The results showed that the correlations between the shell length,shell height and height were high in those 5 morphological characteristics in all age groups,while weak correlations were observed between shell width and other traits.Among morphological characters,the shell length was the most closely related to the weight.The principal components of H.cumingii at different ages were basically the same.The first principal component was weight factor,which contributes above 70.53%.The second principal component was the width factor and their average contribution rate was 9.18%.The discriminant function of H.cumingii at different ages were established through stepwise discriminant analysis in order to predict the appropriate age.The results of the discriminant analysis demonstrated that the overall accuracy was 61.16%,and the discriminant accuracy P 1 and P 2 was as high as 100%at 2 and 3 months oage,respectively.
