中文摘要:以4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为聚氨酯硬段,聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA2000)和聚乙二醇(PEG1000)为混合软段,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,制备了一系列聚酯-聚醚型聚氨酯。研究了该聚氨酯的防水性、透湿性、亲水性及相转变温度Tg等主要应用性能与其组成、结构间的关系。研究结果表明,聚氨酯软链段的结构、组成和含量对其性能的影响显著;而在一定范围内,硬链段的结构对聚氨酯性能的影响并不大。
外文摘要:A series of polyether-polyester polyurethanes were prepared from 4,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( Pure MDI), polybutylene adipate (glycol) 2000 (PBA2000) and polyethylene glycol 1000 (PEG1000) with 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as the chain extender. Furthermore, properties of the prepared polyurethanes were investigated, such as moisture permeability, water repellency, hydrophility and the phase change temperature Tg. The results indicated that the structure and concentration of soft segment had a remarkable effect on the main application properties of polyurethane. On the contrary, the properties of polyurethane were almost not affected by its hard segment.
