中文摘要：文化创意产业对于引导一国或地区经济结构优化升级具有重要的推动作用。在江浙沪两省一市政府之间相互配合、有序分工和协作管理的基础上,各地政府通过相互间的政策博弈,创新文化创意产业体制机制和发展模式,对于实现长三角文化创意产业一体化发展至关重要。本文探讨了浙江省文化创意产业的发展战略、产业定位与空间布局及政府的主要职能,提出了实现长三角文化创意产业一体化发展的几点建议。

外文摘要：Cultural and creative industries play a very important role for the guidance of a state or regional economic structure optimization and upgrading. By the orderly management and cooperation of the governments among Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province and Shanghai City, the local governments makes the policy, creates the institutional mechanisms for cultural and creative industries and modes of development, which is critical for the realization of cultural and creative industries integration development in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region. This paper discusses the cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang＇s development strategy, industry position and spatial distribution and the main functions of government. In the last, it gives some suggestions in achieving the integration of cultural and creative industries development in the Yangtze River Delta.
