中文摘要:以罗汉果块根为试材,不同浓度乙醇为溶剂,对罗汉果块根总酚和总黄酮进行提取,采用清除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~·)、羟自由基(·OH)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、自由基阳离子(ABTS^(+·))和对Fe^(2+)诱发脂质过氧化抑制作用及总还原能力的方法评价提取物抗氧化活性;并测定其对6种试验菌的抑菌能力。结果表明:80%乙醇提取物的总酚和总黄酮含量最高,分别为5.79%和8.17%;提取物均具有较强抗氧化和清除多种自由基能力,且与浓度剂量有关,但抗氧化和总还原能力稍弱于抗坏血酸;对6种试验菌均具有一定抑菌作用。研究结果为罗汉果块根的合理利用提供了新方向。

外文摘要:To investigate the antioxidant activities and antimicrobial activities from tuberous root of Siraitia grosvenorii(swingle),the total phenolics and flavonoids from tuberous root of Siraitia grosvenorii(swingle)were extracted with different concentrations of ethanol.The extractions were applied into scavenging their oxidant capacities,such as superoxide anion radicals(O2^-·),hydroxyl radicals(·OH),DPPH· radicals,ABTS^+·,ferric reducing antioxidant power and total reducing power.They also were applied into inhibiting the microbial activities.Six kinds of microbe were selected.The results showed that the contents of total phenolics and flavonoids were 5.79% and 8.17%,respectively,when the optimum ethanol concentration was 80%.The extraction had strong antioxidant activities and antimicrobial activities.Moreover,the activities of the extraction were contacted with contents of the extraction.Compared with the vitamin C,the antioxidant activities of extraction from tuberous root of Siraitia grosvenorii with 80% ethanol was lower.This study could provide a certain scientific basis for development of Siraitia grosvenorii(swingle).
