中文摘要:作为英才教育体系最完善的国家,美国弱势群体英才教育不充分问题依然严峻,主要表现为弱势群体英才儿童代表性不足、学业表现不佳。刻板印象作用下的美国“家-校-社”不作为是导致这一现象的成因模型。在追求教育公平与卓越并进的历史阶段,通过“观念上破除缺陷思维所制造的刻板印象”“家长努力成为弱势群体英才教育重要责任人”“学校基于多元文化识别、教学和辅导”“社会强化弱势群体英才教育保障体系构建”四条路径,美国弱势群体英才教育取得了阶段性成效。可见,弱势群体英才儿童教育困境的破解要以回归科学的弱势群体英才儿童观和教育观为根本,以建立“家-校-社”协同的弱势群体英才儿童教育体系为路径。
外文摘要:Although the United States is the country with the most perfect education system for gifted and talented children in the world,the problem of insufficient education for gifted and talented children from disadvantaged groups is still serious,which is manifested in the underrepresentation and poor academic performance.The main reasons for this phenomenon include:widespread cultural stereotypes in American society,poor family living conditions and insufficient material and emotional investment,schools full of cultural bias recognition,a lack of cultural diversity in the curriculum and teaching,and insufficient allocation of education funds and persistence of qualified teachers.In the historical stage of pursuing educational equity and excellence,US followed four paths so that the gifted and talented education of disadvantaged groups has achieved staged performance.The four paths are:"breaking the stereotypes created by defective thinking in concepts","parents striving to become important stakeholders for their gifted and talented children","schools giving multicultural identification,teaching and counseling",and"society strengthening the construction of a talent education guarantee system for disadvantaged groups".It can be concluded that the solution to the educational dilemma should be based on the scientific outlook on gifted and talented children and education of disadvantaged groups.And it is necessary to establish an education system of coordinated"family-school-society"for talented and gifted children from disadvantaged groups.
