外文摘要：This article makes a brief analysis of the problems in the present college spoken English teaching and learning.Upon this,the author aims to provide some teaching approaches feasible,like improving the organization and management of the English classroom;adopting different forms of teaching for students to practice spoken English so as to reach the goal of college English teaching.
