中文摘要：《大学英语》精品课程建设需要克服轻实践、自主、差异和过程的四大难点,体现教师指导、学生自学、履行合约、分级教学和多元评价的特色和起到更新教学理念、改革教学内容、新增学习资源、变革教学方法和评价体系、构建合约功能、打造教师队伍和革新学生素质的作用,以期进一步促进精品课程的建设。

外文摘要：The construction of quality course of ＂College English＂ has such four difficulties as ignoting practice, autonomy, differentiation and process. It should reflect such characteristics as the guid- ance of teachers, the self-learning of students, the fulfillment of contracts, multi-grade teaching and multiple assessments. Besides, it plays roles in updating teaching goals and philosophy, reforming teach- ing contents, enriching learning resources, reforming teaching methods and evaluation systems, building contract functions, improving the quality of teachers and students, which aim to further promote the construction of quality course.
