中文摘要:针对校园火灾频发问题,采用熔喷、针刺、超声波复合等工艺开发一款阻燃环保墙布,并对产品的阻燃、隔声、力学性能以及耐日晒和耐水洗色牢度、有毒有害物质含量等指标进行检测。结果表明:墙布的阻燃级别高、隔声性能好、力学性能优异,可降低校园火灾发生率,提高师生在室内的环境安全度。
外文摘要:Due to the frequent fire incidents on campus , a kind of flame retardant and environmental protection wall cloth was developed with melt blown , acupuncture , and ultrasonic composite technology .The performances of the cloth such as flame retardant , sound insulation , mechanical properties , sunlight and washing fastness , contents of poisonous and harmful substance were tested .Results show that the flame retardant grade of the cloth is high , the sound insulation performance is also good and the mechanical performance is excellent .So the incidences of campus fire can be reduced efficiently and the indoor safety for teachers and students can also be improved with this kind of cloth .
