中文摘要：探讨国内外喷气涡流纺设备的开发现状与研究进展。阐述了现有喷气涡流纺设备的优缺点,分析了目前喷气涡流纺设备的研发情况和发展趋势。指出:未来喷气涡流纺技术发展应重点关注低落纤、高强力、手感柔软纱线的加工设备开发。认为:深入理解喷气涡流纺成纱机制,探索设计新的关键成纱部件结构,有助于完善和发展喷气涡流纺设备。

外文摘要：Development status and research progress of air-jet vortex spinning equipment at home and abroad were discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of the existed air-jet vortex spinning equipment were introduced. Research status and development trend of air-jet vortex spinning equipment were analyzed. It is pointed that pro- cessing equipment can develop the yarn with lower waste, higher strength and soft handle should be focused on in the future development of air-jet vortex spinning technology. It is considered that understanding deeply spinning principle of air-jet vortex spinning and exploring＆designing new key spinning accessories structure will be benefit to improve and develop air-jet vortex spinning equipment.
