中文摘要:本文在阐述了单定子三自由度球形超声波电机工作原理的基础上,研究其工作模态的确定方法。定子由弹性体和压电陶瓷两种材料组成,不仅存在自由度耦合问题,而且还存在不同物理场的耦合问题。应用有限元法对电机定子振动过程中的机电耦合场进行分析,提取超声频段的振动模态。通过分析各阶主振型的特点来确定电机工作模态的固有频率。与实验数据对比,计算值与试验值吻合得较好,从而验证了分析方法的合理性。

外文摘要:Based on the description of freedom spherical ultrasonic motor, calculation method of work modal is studied. Because the stator consists of elastomer and piezoelectric ceramic, degree of freedom and physical field coupling problem need to be solved. The electromechanical coupling field of stator vibration is analyzed by finite element method. The vibration modal in ultrasonic frequency band is extracted and the natural frequency of work modal is determined through analyzing the characteristics of principal mode. The rationality of analysis method is approved by comparing calculation value and experimental value.
