中文摘要:介绍某钢结构裙楼采光顶工程异型钢节点构造及其特点,提出用数控装配技术改造传统制作工艺,搭建一个"1+5"自由度的装配平台,推导并计算出相关电机的运动量,经过原理样机的运动试验,证明该技术装配快速精确。
外文摘要:The structure and characteristics of special-shaped steel joint of natural lightening roof of podium building were introduced. A numerical control technology was put forward to transform traditional manufacturing process. A "1 +5" DOF assembly platform was established. The quantity of motion of the relative electric motors was derived and calculated. Finally, assembly process was proved to be fast and accurate by using this technology according to the exercise test of the prototype.
