中文摘要：我国是一个人口大国,纺织产业是典型的劳动密集型产业,纺织产业升级不能忽视就业。本文在分析我国纺织产业升级和就业发展现状的基础上,基于新增长理论构建了产业升级和就业扩大良性互动的概念模型,并提出实现纺织产业升级和就业扩大良性互动的对策建议。

外文摘要：China has the largest population in the world, and textile industry is the typical labor-intensive industry, so textile industry upgrading shouldn’t ignore employment. Based on the analysis of China’s textile industry upgrading and employment, the paper has built a conceptual model on industry upgrading and employment expanding, and put forward some countermeasures to realize benign interaction between industry upgrading and expand employment.
