中文摘要：目的探讨成人衣原体肺炎CT扫描的影像学特点及其对定性诊断的价值。方法收集27例经PCR证实的衣原体肺炎患者的CT及临床资料,采用回顾性方法分析CT影像学特点,评价其对定性诊断的价值。结果成人衣原体肺炎CT病变多呈小叶性分布,在各肺叶内分布无明显差异。影像学表现小片影及结节影发生率高于大片影,多个肺叶病变发生率高于单个肺叶病变发生率,未合并胸腔积液者发生率高于发生胸腔积液者,患者治疗后影像学改善率低于临床改善率。结论成人肺炎衣原体肺炎CT平扫具有特征性的影像学特点,CT扫描能够为早期定性诊断提供有价值的线索。

外文摘要：Objective To investigate imageology characteristics of CT scaning on adult chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia and value of CT scaning for qualitative dignosis. Methods CT and clinical data were performed in 27 adult patients with chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia proven by PCR, and CT images were analyzed with retrospectively ways and value of CT scaning for qualitative dignosis was evaluated. Results Lesions in CT often distributed in lobular, distribution of pathological changes was no significant difference in each lobular, rate of nodular or patchy image was higher than pathological changes, incidence rate of affection in associated lobus pulmonis was higher than in single obus pulmonis, rate of pleural effusions was more infrequent than no-pleural effusions. Improvement rate of clinical symptom was higher than imageology. Conclusion Chlamydia pneumoniae pneumonia in adults has imaging features of CT scan, which provides valuable clues for early qualitative dignosis.
