中文摘要:为了开发羊毛织物染色的新方法,利用漆酶催化氧化对苯二酚聚合对羊毛织物染色,选用两浴两步、一浴两步及一浴一步法对羊毛织物进行染色,通过测定染色织物的颜色深度(K/S值)和色牢度考察染色效果,并对染色后羊毛织物的力学性能、耐碱性能、亲疏水性能和抗紫外性能进行测试。实验结果表明:漆酶催化对苯二酚聚合对羊毛织物染色的一浴一步法染色工艺得色深度优于两浴两步法和一浴两步法,染色织物的耐洗色牢度可达到3级或以上、耐摩擦色牢度可达到3~4级或以上。与原羊毛相比,经过漆酶催化对苯二酚聚合染色的羊毛织物的质量增加,断裂强力、亲水性能和抗紫外线性能均有提升,但耐碱性能下降。
外文摘要:In order to develop a new method for dyeing wool fabrics,laccase catalyzed oxidation of hydroquinone polymerization was used to dye wool fabrics.In this paper,two-bath two-step,one-bath two-step and one-bath one-step methods were used to dye wool fabrics.The dyeing effect was investigated by measuring the color depth(K/S value)and color fastness of the dyed fabrics,and the mechanical properties,alkali resistance,hydrophilicity and UV resistance of the dyed wool fabrics were tested.The experimental results show that the color depth of one-bath one-step dyeing process of laccase-catalyzed hydroquinone polymerization dyed wool fabric is better than that of two-bath two-step dyeing process and one-bath two-step dyeing process.The washing fastness of dyed fabrics can reach grade 3 or above,and the rubbing fastness can reach grade 3-4 or above.Compared with the original wool,the weight of the wool fabric dyed by laccase-catalyzed hydroquinone polymerization increased,and the breaking strength,hydrophilicity and UV resistance were improved,but the alkali resistance decreased.
