中文摘要:用分别喷有β-葡聚糖、益生菌制剂、β-葡聚糖与益生菌制剂联合以及不添加佐剂的一般饲料分别投喂鲫Carassius auratus,检测各试验组鲫肠道菌群、增重率、饲料系数和成活率。结果表明:与对照组相比,用β-葡聚糖和益生菌制剂联合投喂,鲫肠道中好氧菌总数极显著减少(P<0.01),厌氧菌总数、乳酸杆菌Lactobacillus、双歧杆菌Bifidobact数量显著增加(P<0.05),产气荚膜梭菌Clostridium perfringens数量显著减少(P<0.05);联合制剂中对鲫肠道菌群起调节作用的主要是益生菌,β-葡聚糖能协同益生菌减少鲫肠道的好氧菌,促进益生菌对鲫肠道产气荚膜梭菌的抑制作用;β-葡聚糖和益生菌制剂都能提高鲫对饲料的利用率,促进鲫生长和成活;β-葡聚糖和益生菌制剂联合对鲫的生长和成活的促进作用,比单独使用效果要显著得多。将β-葡聚糖和益生菌制剂配成复合型制剂在水产养殖中具有广阔的应用前景。

外文摘要:Crucian carp Carassius auratus juveniles weighing glucan, probiotics and mixture of β - glucan and probiotics (23 ± 2)g per individual were fed diets containing β to examine effects of these additives on intestinal microflora, weight gain, food conversion ratio, and survival. The results showed that the juveniles fed the diet containing the mixture of β - glucan and probiotics had significantly lower number of aerobe, while the total number of increased. Probiotics played the major role in the regulation of intestinal microflora, while β - glucan played the supplementary role. Either β - glucan or probiotics could promote the weight and survival rate of the juveniles. But Cooperation of β - glucan and probiotics was much more effective than each one. Compound products of β - glucan and probiotics had a broad prospect.
