中文摘要：目的分析老年糖尿病用药依从性的情况及护理对策。方法采用问卷访问调查的方法 ,对 10 9例老年糖尿病病人进行调查 ,分析其用药依从性差的原因。结果 10 9例老年糖尿病病人中 ,对糖尿病认识不足 4 7% ,经济困难 2 8% ,治疗过程长难以坚持 2 5 %。结论提高糖尿病患者对自身疾病的认识 ,选择合适的治疗方案 ,建立良好的护患关系 ,注意心理护理 ,建立社区和家庭双重监督机制 ,提高用药依从性 。

外文摘要：Objective To study the reason and nursing strategy in drug compliance.Method 109 cases of elder diabetics were surveyed by Questionnaire interview,and the reason for drug compliance was analyzed.Results The understanding rate for diabetics among 109 elder diabetics were less than 47%.28% of them with financial difficuly,25% of them can not insist on treatment due to long period of treatment.Conclusion Improving the understanding themselves on diabetics among diabetics patients,selecting rational treating scheme,establishing good nurse patients relationship,pay attention to psychology nursing and set up community and famil dual supervising system will improve drug compliance and improve the life quality for patients with diabetics.
