中文摘要:将涤纶长丝嵌入丙纶非织造布中,通过热黏合机进行黏合处理,制得嵌丝非织造布,并测试丙纶非织造布和嵌丝非织造布的强力。试验结果表明:随着内嵌涤纶长丝密度的增加,非织造布的强力增大,且纵横向强力都获得明显提升。在非织造布中嵌入长丝的方法是一种可行的非织造布增强技术。
外文摘要:The reinforced nonwovens were made of polypropylene nonwovens embedding polyester filament through thermal bonding machine. Then the strength of the pre-treated and treated nonwovens were tested. The result showed that the nonwovens strength( both the vertical and horizontal directions) increase significantly with increase of the polyester filament density. The reinforced technology for nonwovens by embedding filament into nonwovens is feasible.
