中文摘要：该文基于目前在金融发展的理论与实践中出现的对金融深化理论的一些误解,将该理论的理论基础、主要内容进行了系统的整理与反思.该文认为,金融深化的理论基础并非是许多研究者所主张的新古典的价格理论,同时认为对其基于信息经济学和东南亚金融危机的理论与实践上的批评也是不具说服力的.

外文摘要：Based on the analysis of the thory about financial intensification,this paper points out some misunderstandings of this theory.The paper shows that the theoretical basis of financial intensification is not the new classic price theory,and that the criticism of the information economics and South-East Asian financial crisis is not convincing.
