中文摘要：探讨了当前药剂学传统教学模式存在的主要问题,阐述了以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)和大学生科研训练(student research training,SRT)教学创新模式的基本内容,系统介绍了笔者近几年来基于PBL和SRT的药剂学课程创新教学模式的构建与实践过程,以及药剂学课程教学改革的体会和成果,对地方高校培养大学生动手能力和创新能力,培养应用型人才有着积极的意义。

外文摘要：The main problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of pharmacy were discussed,the basic contents of the problem-based learning teaching method( PBL) and the teaching innovation mode of student research training( SRT) were expounded,and the construction and practice of innovative teaching mode of pharmacy courses based on PBL and SRT in recent years and the experience and achievements of teaching reform of pharmacy curriculum were introduced. It was of positive significance for local universities to cultivate students' practical ability and innovation ability and cultivate applied talents.
