中文摘要：实施高校公共体育线上线下一体化教学改革已成为必然趋势,学校从制度建设和条件保障等方面积极推动模式的改革。线上线下教学一体化的实施,充分体现以学生为中心,优化教学内容,丰富教学方法和手段,拓展课程教学时间和空间,推进教学和育人的协同,能够更好地推动课程目标的实现。线上线下一体化教学模式可以根据实际情况,从教学内容、教学方法、教学评价和教学管理等方面切入实施。

外文摘要：It has become an inevitable trend to implement online and offline integrated teaching reform of Public Physical Education in colleges and universities.Colleges should actively promote the reform of the mode in terms of system construction and resource guarantee.The implementation of online and offline teaching integration fully embodies the student-centered learning,optimizes the teaching content,enriches the teaching means and methods,expands the time and space of course teaching,and promotes the coordination of teaching and talent education,thereby better realizing the course objectives.The online and offline integrated teaching mode can be conducted based on the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teaching management according to the actual situation.
