中文摘要:采用访谈法对 2 0名中学高级教师进行调查 ,探讨中学教师职业专长的发展阶段。结果显示 ,教师职业专长发展呈现出阶段性 ,可以分为学徒期、成长期、反思期和学者期 ;职业能力是职业专长的核心要素 ;教师职业专长发展并非呈直线态势上升 ,其间可能会出现停滞阶段。
外文摘要:The present study explored the stages of professional growth of middle school teachers. The results showed that: 1)There were four stages in the professional growth of middle school teachers, which were apprentice stage, growing stage, reflective stage and expert stage; 2) Professional ability was the core component of teacher's professional expertise; 3) Teacher's professional growth didn't display a process of linear ascent, in which stagnancy periods might exist.
