中文摘要：张力控制广泛应用于纺织、包装等领域。文章针对基于张力传感器的控制方式存在的数据处理困难、系统实现复杂等问题 ,提出了一种无张力传感器的控制方式 ,并以数字控制恒流源为核心 ,给出了一个基于微处理器的实现实例。

外文摘要：The tension controller is widely used in such fields as package machinery and so on.This paper sets forth a new method used to control tension without tension sensor, and provides an example based on the micro-controller, which core part is the constant current power with the numeric control interface.
