中文摘要：目的了解农村社区老年慢性病患者的自我效能与自我护理能力的情况，并探究两者的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、自我护理能力量表（ESCA）和慢性病自我效能量表对250例农村社区老年慢性病患者进行调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果250例农村社区老年慢性病患者的自我护理能力总分为（110．20±21．23）分，自我效能总分为（5．41±2．03）分，自我效能与自我护理能力呈显著正相关，r=0．280，相关性具有统计学意义。结论农村社区慢性病患者的自我效能与自我护理能力密切相关，应实施社区护理干预措施以提高自我效能，从而改善自我护理能力，提高患者的生活质量。

外文摘要：Objective To determine the status of self-efficacy and self-care competency of elderly patients with chronic disease in the rural community,and analyze their correlation. Methods 250 elderly patients with chronic disease were recruited and investigated with a demographic questionnaire,exercise of self-care agency scale （ESCA） and the chronic disease self-efficacy scale. Results The score of ESCA was （110.20±21.23）. The score of the chronic disease self-effi-cacy scale was （5.41 ±2.03）. There was significantly positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-care competency, r=0.280,P〈0.01. Conclusions There is positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-care competency. It is suggested to implement community-based nursing interventions to enhance the self-efficacy and promote self-care competency of elderly patients with chronic disease,thereby to improve their quality of life.
