中文摘要:讨论了邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料结构与洗涤性能的关系,结果表明:还原清洗可以去除涤纶织物表面的少量分散染料,还原清洗对氨纶纤维中分散染料的影响更明显。在80℃碱性洗涤条件下,邻苯二甲酰亚胺分散染料在氨纶纤维上的颜色深度逐渐下降。氰基取代分散染料对PU纤维上染较多,在含有保险粉的洗涤液中被洗除较多,Na2CO3碱液洗涤可以达到NaOH溶液的洗涤效果。

外文摘要:The relationship between the structure of phthalimide disperse dyes and their washing proper?ties were discussed.The results showed that reductive cleaning could remove a small amount of disperse dyes on the surface of polyester fabric,and the effect of reductive washing on disperse dyes in polyurethane fiber was more obvious.The color depth of phthalimide disperse dyes on polyurethane fibers decreased gradu?ally under alkaline washing at 80℃.Cyano-substituted disperse dyes dyed PU fibers more and were washed out more in the washing bath containing sodium hydrosulfite.Na2CO3 alkali solution could achieve the washing effect of NaOH solution.
