中文摘要:目的通过四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,对超声和病理评价效果进行比较。方法 48只大鼠随机分为对照组(18只)和模型组(30只),模型组大鼠使用四氯化碳诱导构建肝纤维模型,分别于造模后第4、6、8周行超声及病理检查,测量相关指标。结果超声声像图:4周模型组大鼠肝实质回声细密增强,6~8周逐渐加重,肝实质回声增粗、肝缘变钝。病理表现:4周模型组部分肝细胞变性;6~8周逐渐加重,中央静脉周围纤维组织逐渐增加,胶原沉积,胶原条索分割并包绕肝小叶。模型组与同期对照组相比,超声评分及病理结果均有显著性差异(P<0.05),超声评分与纤维化评分相关系数为0.814(P<0.05)。结论不同时期大鼠肝纤维化超声评价与病理结果相符合,超声对评价造模有较高价值。

外文摘要:Objective To estimate the diagnostic value of ultrasound through observing the carbon tetrachlorideinduced liver fibrosis model in rats. Methods A total of 48 SD rats were randomly divided into normal groups (18) and experimental groups (30). The experimental groups were induced by carbon tetrachloride. Ultrasound and pathological evaluation were detected in 4,6,8 weeks respectively. Results Ultrasonography: Hepatic echo enhanced gradually from 4 to 8 weeks, the liver edge in some samples were blunted. Pathology: More and more liver cell degenerated from 4 to 8 weeks. Around the central vein, more and more collagen deposited. There were significant differences of both ultrasound and pathological features between the control and experimental groups (P〈0.05). The correlation coefficient between ultrasound score and pathological findings was 0. 814 (P〈0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound manifestations is consistent with pathological changes, which may be of great value in diagnosing liver fibrosis in rats.
