中文摘要：[目的]探讨曲美他嗪在治疗老年缺血性心肌病(Ischemic Cardiomyopathy,ICM)中的临床疗效。[方法]对收治的观察组老年缺血性心肌病患者在在基础治疗上加用曲美他嗪,并与仅进行基础治疗的对照组进行了临床疗效及临床指标比较。[结果]观察组的显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组和对照组的治疗后LVEF、EDV及ESV等临床指标较治疗前均明显改善;另外,观察组的各项临床指标均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病是一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广使用。

外文摘要：[Objective]To investigate the trimetazidine in the treatment of senile ischemic cardiomyopathy（Ischemic Cardiomyopathy,ICM）.[Methods]In this paper,the observation group was treated by the basic treatment with the addition of trimetazidine,and the control group only had the basic treatment.[Results]The total effective rate was significantly in higher the observation group,and the difference was significant（P﹤0.05）.LVEF,EDV and ESV and other clinical parameters were significantly improved compared with before in the observation group and control group after treatment;In addition,the clinical observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Conventional therapy with trimetazidine treatment for elderly patients with ischemic heart disease is a safe and effective method and worthy of clinical use.
