外文摘要:The boundedness and the global Mittag-Leffler synchronization (GMLS) of fractional-order inertial Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (CGNNS) with time delays are investigated in this paper. Based on the composition properties of Riemann-Liouville (RL) fractional-order calculus, proper variable substitutions and the differential mean-value theorem are used to get sufficient conditions for the boundedness and the GMLS of the systems. Furthermore, two numerical examples are simulated to verify the theorems.
