中文摘要:为降低染色废水对环境的盐污染,更好地选择和制备高效代用盐,探索了羧酸钠盐阴离子对活性染料的促染规律。分别研究在相同的钠离子、阴离子浓度下,羧酸钠与传统无机盐促染效果的比较。在此基础上对带不同阴离子的一元羧酸钠盐促染效果进行比较,并采用带不同阴离子的二元羧酸钠盐促染效果进行验证。结果显示,电解质中带正电荷的钠离子对活性染料起主要的促染作用,带负电荷的阴离子对促染也有影响。钠离子数相同,羧酸盐的促染效果随羧酸盐阴离子相对分子质量的增加而增加。可能是由于在相同正电荷的吸引下,羧酸盐阴离子的相对分子质量越小,越容易进入纤维的表面区域,增加纤维表面的电负性,阻碍染料上染纤维。

外文摘要:In order to reduce salt pollution to environment in reactive dyeing, the better selection and preparation of high efficient substitute salt, the law of the promotion of the carboxylic acid sodium salt to the reactive dyes are explored. Under the same sodium ion and anion concentration, the accentuation effects of sodium carboxylate are compared with traditional inorganic salt respectively. On the basis of this study, the accentuation effects of monocarboxylic acids sodium of different anions are compared, and the results are verified by using binary carboxylic acid sodium with different anions. The results show that sodium ions play a major role in accentuation with reactive dyes, the anions of negatively charged has influence on accentuation. Carboxylic acid salt dyeing effect is increased with the increase of the molecular weight of the carboxylate anion in the condition of same number of sodium ions. It is possible that smaller the molecular weight of the carboxylate anion is, the easier the salt enters to the surface area of the fiber, and the higher the electrical resistance of the fiber surface hinders the dye uptake of the dyes.
