中文摘要:为了探讨稻蛙种养导致水稻产量下降的可能原因,分别测定水稻不同生育期9种养分含量。并以常规水稻种植为对照,比较水稻种植后不同生育期主要功能叶片和籽粒养分含量、籽粒充实度和产量构成。结果发现,施肥的对照田在分孽期、拔节期和孕穗期功能叶片主要养分N、P、K、Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe和Mn含量显著高于稻蛙田水稻;盛花期对照田水稻功能叶片的部分元素含量高于稻蛙田;乳熟期则大部分的元素含量稻蛙田高于对照田。说明稻蛙种养的后期,水稻功能叶片的养分元素得到补充和提高,有利于防止功能叶片的早衰和促进养分向籽粒的输送。同时对籽粒充实度进行观察发现,稻蛙养殖对花后不同时间的胚乳细胞充实度无明显影响,而稻蛙种养的糙米中N、P、Mg和Ca的含量显著高于对照田。但稻蛙养殖降低了水稻的有效分孽数、结实率、每穗粒数,造成产量构成系数降低,最终导致产量下降了23.45%。

外文摘要:In order to explore the possible reasons for the decline of rice yield caused by rice-frog co-cultivation,the main nutrient contents in different growth stages of rice were determined respectively.Taking conventional rice cultivation as the control,the main nutrient contents including N,P,K,Mg,C a,Zn,Fe,Mn and Cu,grain plumpness and yield components in different growth stages of rice were compared.The contents of N,P,K,Mg,Ca,Zn,Fe and Mn in functional leaves at jointing stage and booting stage were higher than those in rice-frog field;The content of some elements in the control field was higher than that in the frog field;at milk ripening stage,the content of most elements was higher than that of the control field,which indicated that the nutrient elements in rice functional leaves were supplemented and restored at the later stage of rice-frog co-breeding,and were higher than that of the control field,which was conducive to preventing the premature senescence of functional leaves and transporting nutrients to grains.At the same time,the observation of grain plumpness showed that rice-frog co-breeding had no significant effect on the plumpness of endosperm cells at different time after anthesis.Meanwhile,N,P,Mg and Ca in brown rice of rice-frog field were significantly higher than that in control.However,rice frog culture reduced the effective number of grains per panicle,seed setting rate,the number of grains per panicle of rice,resulting in the decrease of yield component coefficient,and finally the yield decreased by 23.45%.
