中文摘要:针对典型空心板梁桥的浅铰缝病害。提出一种新型全深铰缝加固方法-插钢板法,该方法采用了具有较高的抗拉黏结强度、抗剪强度以及较好的流动性的关键填缝黏结材料(CGSR-A/B型灌钢胶),将插入铰缝处的钢板与梁体黏结成整体;然后通过对加固前后典型桥梁开展静力和动力试验研究,验证其加固效果。结果表明:在正载和偏载下加固后梁板最大挠度差分别降低了约50%和58%,加固后跨中应变变化与挠度变化曲线分布也更为均匀;加固后结构基频提高了约33%,基频校验系数η=1.01;由试验挠度和应变得到的荷载横向分布显示加固后梁板间横向受力更加均匀,这表明结构整体性增强;经试验可知插钢板法增强了空心板梁间横向联系,避免了单板受力,提高了结构刚度,可为此类桥梁加固提供参考。

外文摘要:In order to strengthen the shear joint of typical hollow plate beam bridges,a new reinforcement method(inserted steel plate method)of full depth was proposed.The CGSR-A/B glue which has high shear strength and bonding strength and good mobility was introduced and the steel plate inserted into the hinge can be bonded with the beam as a whole.The reinforcement effect was analyzed by static and dynamic tests on typical bridges before and after strengthening.The results show that the maximum deflection difference between the beams is reduced by about 50%and 58%under static test,respectively,and the cross-strain change and the deflection change curve are shown to be more uniformly concentrated at the mid-span.The dynamic test results show that the natural frequency of the bridge after strengthening in creased by about 33%,and the coefficient of the natural frequency verification factor(η)is 1.01.The load horizontal distribution results from the static test showed that the lateral distribution factors were more uniform and the integrity of the bridge was enhanced.The results show that the inserted steel plate method improves the lateral distribution between the beams and the integrity stiffness of the bridge,which can provide reference for the reinforcement of hollow plate beam bridges.
