中文摘要:教学服务类创业型大学概念的确立,兼具学理基础与时代需要的双重依据。相对于同样为本土化概念的教学服务型大学而言,教学服务类创业型大学具有明确的内涵与外延,同时强化了其市场竞争能力;相对于西方话语体系中的服务型大学而言,教学服务类创业型大学突出了教学育人的单一职责。当前,教学服务类创业型大学主要由三类院校转型而来,其中,那种以兼职教师为主、致力于教学服务平台打造的创业型大学最能体现该类创业型大学引领教学革命的时代价值。教学服务类创业型大学可以分为公益型与营利型两种模式,但无论哪种模式都以教学质量本身赢得社会各界的支持。

外文摘要:Theoretical basis and needs of the times are both the basis to establish the concept of Entrepreneurial Universities of Teaching Service.Entrepreneurial Universities of Teaching Service have unequivocal meaning and extension,and also strengthen their ability to compete in the market compared to the local concept of Universities of Teaching Service.In addition,Entrepreneurial Universities of Teaching Service stress the single duty of teaching compared to the Service Universities in the western discourse system.Entrepreneurial Universities of Teaching Service mostly come from three kinds of universities,especially the entrepreneurial universities with part-time teachers as the majority and construction of teaching service platform as focus of work,which is typical of the value of the times in pioneering the teaching revolution.The public welfare and profit-seeking are two types of the Entrepreneurial Universities of Teaching Service.Either way,the universities win support from all sectors of the community by the quality of teaching.
